Yes, the Committee welcomes pre-application discussions. Please contact our chair, Dr. Walda Lavroff, if you would like to informally present your plans prior to making a formal application for a variance, subdivision or rezoning.
However, a meeting with the Committee does not start the formal application process. In order to have your application heard by our committee, you must first file a formal application with the city of Atlanta. The NBCA Land Use/Zoning Committee cannot hear any application until it has been filed with the city and referred to us by NPU-B.
