2.  V-17-337, 3959 Wieuca Road NE.  Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulation to increase accessory structure from 30 % to 48.1 %, whereas accessory structures are not allowed to exceed 30 % of the floor area of the main house.   Applicant seeks no other variances at this time.  Task group:  Richard Newton, Bob Young.
