2.  V-16-159 3891 Wieuca Road.  Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulations to allow for an active recreation in a yard adjacent to the street, a special exception to increase the maximum height of a fence in the half-depth front yard setback from 4’ to 5.5’, a special exception to increase the number of retaining walls from 2 to 5. Applicant seeks no other variances at this time.
