Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulations to increase the lot coverage allowed from 40% to 45% to add a covered porch/patio with wood and stone columns to a single family residence. Applicant seeks no other variances at this time. Task force Adam Pollock and Bob Young.

3. 4177 Wieuca Road; SD-14-030. Applicant seeks to develop a 2 lot subdivision where one lot exists. Task force Walda Lavroff and Andrea Bennett.

4.  3927 Whittington Drive; V-14-261. Applicant seeks a variance from the zoning regulations to reduce the front yard setback from 50’ (required) to 10’ to allow a detached 2 story accessory structure to be constructed in front of the main structure of a SFR. Applicant seeks no other variances at this time.
