Is the NBCA Land Use/Zoning Committee the same thing as the North Buckhead Civic Association?

The NBCA Land Use/Zoning Committee is a committee created by the North Buckhead Civic Association which handles applications for variances, rezoning, subdivisions and similar land use matters.  If you have an application for a variance, rezoning or subdivision, you should contact this committee rather than North Buckhead Civic Association generally.

As noted on our home page, the Committee normally meets the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Wieuca Road Baptist Church in Room S-103.

Our committee reports to the Board of the North Buckhead Civic Association, and to NPU-B and city planning.

If you have been directed by NPU-B to meet with your neighborhood civic association prior to your appearance before the NPU B zoning committee, then you are on the right website.  The chair of the NBCA Land Use/Zoning Committee is Dr.  Walda Lavroff.

Please review this website completely and carefully if you have any questions.

The North Buckhead Civic Association has a separate website for matters pertaining to North Buckhead generally.  You can access that here.
