If
you are an applicant, then under most circumstances you are required
to present your application to the neighborhood association (in this
case, the NBCA Land Use/Zoning Committee) before going
to NPU-B. If you have any questions about this, please contact
the chair of the NBCA Land Use/Zoning Committee,
Dr. Walda
Lavroff

This information in no way defines or
controls any of the processes mentioned below, nor does it bind the NBCA
L/Z Committee, the City of Atlanta or any of its boards, committees
or departments.
4.
Tracking applications: If you
are a neighbor and you want to
track an application, it is up to you to consult the necessary committees,
boards and departments and to keep up with and attend all relevant
meetings. Our committee is glad to communicate with you and
facilitate as best we can; however, those meetings are often subject to change and it is your responsibility
to keep yourself informed and to stay abreast of the process.
If
you are an applicant, please obtain and bring letters from
adjoining and other affected property owners stating their
views regarding your application to the meeting.
6.
Photographs are always helpful!
7.
Site plans, drawings, surveys and similar documents that show what
you are seeking to do are extremely important. Be sure to
submit with your application.
Cutoff for submissions:
In order to allow our committee time to assess your application,
please be sure to submit your complete application to our chair,
Dr. Walda Lavroff, no
later than 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to our next scheduled
meeting. Submission by email is encouraged, although not
mandatory.
Completeness:
Please be sure that the application you submit is complete, and that
it includes legible copies of all materials. Double check to
make sure that you have not cut off parts of drawings and site plans
in the copying/scanning process.
