2.  Presentation by Mr. Jim Feldman of  Regent Partners on two applications recently processed:  Z-04-137:  3344 and 3346 Peachtree Rd., Regent Tower Holding, LLC, seeks to rezone from PD-OC (Planned Development Office/Institutional) and C-1-C (Community Business Conditional) to PD-OC (Planned Development-Office/Institutional); and

3.  Site plan for the Northpoint Ministries Buckhead Church at Tower Place; Z-97-14/Z-94-37/Z-71-142. Both projects are within SPI 12; processed by ‘Special Administrative Permit.’

4.  U-05-01.  4400 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd: Applicant Tanya Cain for St. James United Methodist Church, seeks a Special Use Permit under Sec. 16-05.005 of the Zoning Ordinance to add a columbarium. (Subcommittee Bennett, Richardson, Lavroff)
