Applicant North Stratford Commons, LLC, Agents James Cotton and Jim Brown, seek to subdivide 5.3187 acres into ten lots in accordance with Section 15-007.005 (b) of the Land Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Atlanta. 3. Z-05-44, (filed May 10, 2205): 3630 Peachtree Rd and 3690 Peachtree Dunwoody Road. Millennium Buckhead Associates, LLC (otherwise known as Pope and Land) seeks to rezone 3.881 acres form PD-OC to O-I to allow the construction of two office/condo towers (465 and 390 feet tall), and underground parking for about 1300 cars. 4. Z-05-45; (filed May 10, 2005): 3706 and 3711 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, Wieuca Road Baptist Church seeks to rezone 2.195 acres from R-3 to O-I. This Rezoning requires a Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) Land Use Amendment. The application also seeks to expand the boundaries of Special Public Interest District (SPI)-12 to include this parcel. A common purpose for applications 3 & 4 is to allow the construction of a 700 car parking garage to be jointly used by Millennium Buckhead and Wieuca Road Baptist Church.
