3. V-06-238.  4170 West Oak Ct. Lot 4. Zoned R-3.  Owner Robin Marshall seeks to reduce the required rear yard set back from 20’ to 12’ to allow construction of an in-ground swimming pool. (Task group: Harsh, Arnold, Lavroff)
4. V-06-240.  790 & 795 Lovette Lane. Zoned R-3.  Applicant Jane Wells Spurgeon Richardson seeks to reduce required front yard set-back from 50’ to 25’ to allow for construction of new single family dwelling.
