Applicant Jane Wells for Liberty Development, Spurgeon Richardson, seeks to reduce the front yard setback from 50’ to 25’ to allow for the construction of a new single family dwelling. 

Note:  This application was reviewed by our Committee on Jan 22, 2007.  Applicant applied for deferral at BOP since consolidation of two lots into one site, and the piping of an existing creek were unresolved at that time.

Per Amended Referral Certificate stamped ‘Received Oct 1, 2007, BOP’  Applicant seeks to reduce the required front yard setback from 50’ to 25’, to reduce the required side-yard setback from 7’to 5’, and to reduce the required half-depth  front-yard setback from 25’ to 10’ to allow for the construction of a new single-family house.  Note:  This is a 6,612 square feet lot.  The proposed house would be approximately  2,394 sq ft.
