2. Order of Business 3. V-05-318, 319, 320; Z-05-44 Peachtree Road and Peachtree Dunwoody Rd. These are 'companion applications' for an integrated development by Millennium Buckhead Associates. (The Pope and Land /Wieuca Rd. Baptist Church project) Applicant seeks variances to reduce the south side yard setback from 10 ft to 0 ft and increase height from 35 ft to 55 ft for a parking deck; to reduce the east side yard setback from 7 ft to 0 ft for an addition to a church; also seeks to eliminate the required transitional height plane along the east side line; to reduce the front yard from 50 ft to 2 ft, the ½ depth front yard from 25 ft to 8 ft, the west side yard from 15 ft to 0 ft, and the rear yard set back from 25 ft to 0 ft for construction of an office building. Also seeks to reduce the transitional rear yard from 50 ft to 0 ft, reduce the transitional west side yard form 20 ft to 0 ft, and eliminate the transitional height plane and the screening requirements along the north and west lines.
