V-07-84. 4098 North Stratford Rd., corner N. Ivy Rd. Zoned R-3 Applicants Chris and Ann Walsh seek to reduce the required north front yard setback from 50’ to 32’ to allow for a front porch addition to an existing single family residence. Task group Maine, Lavroff.

Z-07-06 3931 Land O Lakes Drive, Zoned R-3
Owner/applicants Isabel and Wayne Knox seek to rezone 3.78 acres to PD-H to develop six or nine lots. 
This application was reviewed by our Committee Jan 22, 07; task group members were Maine, Bennett and Crawford. Applicants were granted deferral by City Planning to address unresolved issues.

Update on 05-318-320, 3630 Peachtree Rd., corner Peachtree Dunwoody; Pope and Land/Wieuca Rd. Baptist Church project. Andrea Bennett will report project modifications. Walda Lavroff received statement of Storm Water Management measures and impact on runoff originating from this site.  

5. For information: Chad Richardson will present, on behalf of resident Dan Weede (who is unable to attend), an issue about retaining walls which Mr. Weede is pursuing via Councilman Shook.
