LOR-06-25. 3972 North Ivy Rd. applicant Jeffrey Tacca seeks to reinstate the two historical Lots of Record so that a new residential house can be built on each lot. Both planned lots appear to meet the size requirement for R-3 zoning. ( LOR applications are for comments only)

S/D 06-45. 588 Loridans Drive corner Skyland. Applicant Robert Lamb of AHA Development LLC seeks to divide subject property into two R-3 lots. Planned lot #1 is to be 20,665 sqft; lot #2 to be 18,420 sqft. (Task group: Young, Lavroff)

Z-06-67 . 653-711 Longleaf Drive N.E. Applicant Jim Brown seeks to change the current R-3 Zoning to PD-H to build 15 single family City Homes on this tract of 2.97 acres, or 129,443 sqft . No CDP change is required.

From Department of Watershed Management we received documents that a Stream Bank Buffer Request, Variance DWM/SBB log# 2006-23, has been granted on 850 Buckhead Trace for a Sun Room Addition to be cantilevered 10 ft above the 15’ Buffer. (No action required by Committee).
